• Our fees are based on an estimate of time spent on specific jobs, at a varying hourly rate of, depending on the expertise needed to perform the duties.

• If you require us to travel to you, a rate of R 2.92 per kilometre is payable.  Travel time will also be charged at the standard rate.

• We will quote you on estimates of what the procedure will cost before we engage in performing the required duties. We will try and stick to these estimates, but prices can vary if more work are required or we feel that we can save you additional tax if we spend an hour or two extra on your work. We will, however, first discuss this with you before we engage in extra work.

• Please note that all fees are quoted taking into account that you make use of our cash discount of 20% for paying within 14 days of invoice date. (For accounting work, clients are invoiced once the work is done.)

• Your co-operation in providing us with complete information, will avoid any further costs incurred on chasing information
