CC Amendments CC Amendments are done at a fee of R 450.00 payable in advance. Complete the online form, we will e-mail a form for you to sign and mail back to us. As soon as the amendments are done, we will email the amended founding statement (CK2) to you. Turnaround time for a CC amendment is between 8 - 12 weeks. We rely heavily on the information provided by you - please make sure information submitted to us are correct to avoid delays.
We will send you an invoice to the contact person's email provided with the fees payable. Please note that no work will be done before receipt of fees payable. Please use reference number on invoice when making direct deposits.
